Lyle N. Larkin

LYLE N. LARKIN is the Treasurer of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a
position he has held since 1990. In 1998, he was designated Vice
President and Assistant Secretary as well. Mr. Larkin joined Fleetwood
as Motor Home Division Controller in 1979. He was promoted to RV Group
Controller in 1980, and was then named Controller’Operations in 1987.
Three years later he was named Treasurer. Prior to joining Fleetwood,
Mr. Larkin was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen.
