Lyle G. Stockstill

LYLE G. STOCKSTILL is a co-founder of Torch Offshore, Inc. and has
served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since
1978. Mr. Stockstill has over 37 years of experience in all aspects of
offshore pipelay and construction operations. He has previously held
positions at Brown & Root, Inc. and Taylor Diving, Inc. and has worked
both domestically and internationally.
