LOUIS J. BROTHERS, President and Chief Executive Officer of Valley Forge
Composite Technologies, Inc., is a co-Founder of the company. Mr. Brothers holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati. He has more than
20 years of experience in marketing, marketing support, product management and
logistics. He has extensive international business experience, having worked in
Europe, Russia and Japan.
