Lorenzo A. Villalon

LORENZO A. VILLALON is General Partner of Versant Partners, LP. Prior to
joining the firm he was Vice President and Secretary of the Henlopen
Fund at Landis and he was Portfolio Manager at Friess Associates. He
also served as a Vice President and Corporate Financial Officer at J.P.
Morgan & Company and held positions at The Travelers Group and with
Salomon Brothers. Mr. Villalon earned a BA in Economics from Haverford
College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the
Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research. He is also a former director of the
Financial Analysts of Wilmington, Delaware.
