Lloyd T. O'Carroll

LLOYD T. O’CARROLL has been First Vice President, Chief Economist
and an Equity Research Analyst with BB&T Capital Markets since
1997. Mr. O’Carroll authors The O’Carroll Aluminum Bulletin on a
subscription basis to producers, metal traders, end users,
distributors and others. Previously, he was with Reynolds Metals
Company for 19 years as a Corporate Economist, focusing on
macroeconomic, aluminum industry and commodity analysis. He was
the author of Economic Comments, a member of Reynolds’ Commodity
Hedging Committee and Chairman of the Aluminum Association
Statistics and Market Research Committee. He earned undergraduate
and graduate degrees at North Carolina State University and is a
Chartered Financial Analyst.
