Leslie T. Chao

LESLIE T. CHAO is President of Chelsea Property Group, Inc., and
oversees, among other areas, corporate finance and international
development. Prior to joining Chelsea in 1987, he was a Vice
President in the corporate finance/treasury area of a predecessor
of J.P. Morgan Chase & Company. He received an AB in Economics
from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
