Len W. Brownlie

LEN W. BROWNLIE has served as a Director and Corporate Secretary of
First Silver Reserve Inc. since June 1998. From 1985 to 1998, Mr.
Brownlie held executive and administrative positions with several
Vancouver-based mining exploration companies. During this time he also
completed a Doctoral degree in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University.
When not overseeing the mining of silver with First Silver Reserve Inc.,
Mr. Brownlie provides consulting services in sports aerodynamics to
world class athletes in cycling, speed skating and luge, as these
athletes mine gold and silver Olympic medals.
