Lee A. Lahourcade

Lee A. Lahourcade is the President, CEO and Chairman of Vaughan Nelson
Investment Management, LP. He has been with the company since 1992. Before
Vaughan Nelson, he was President of Rust Capital, Ltd., a venture capital fund.
Before that he worked as a Vice President and Research Analyst in Corporate
Finance at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. He has 27 year’s investment management
and research experience. He received his BA degree, magna cum laude, from
Vanderbilt University. He received his MBA degree in Economics from Harvard
Business School.
