Ganesh Kumar

Ganesh Kumar is EVP and CFO and a member of the executive committee of OFG Bancorp (NYSE:OFG). He has been instrumental in transforming the company from a niche role in Puerto Rico to a leader in banking and financial services. His core responsibilities include corporate strategy and finance, accounting, human resources, information technology and bank operations. Joining OFG in 2004, Dr. Kumar was named COO in 2009 and CFO in 2012. Prior to OFG, he was a director of consulting practice for Gartner, Inc. (NYSE:IT), an industry-leading research and advisory firm, where he consulted a wide array of financial services companies on their business and growth strategies. Dr. Kumar holds a doctoral degree in management from Case Western Reserve University.
