Kok Hoi Wong

Kok Hoi Wong is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of APS Asset Management Pte. Ltd. Set up in 1995, APS Asset Management Pte. Ltd. currently manages $3 billion of assets. The company manages money for SWFs, pension funds, foundations, endowments, insurance companies and family offices. Mr. Wong has 20 years of investment experience in Asia Pacific equity markets. Prior to setting up APS Asset Management Pte. Ltd., he worked as Senior Investment Officer, Asia Pacific Equities Department, at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation from 1981 to 1985. He then joined Citicorp Investment Management HK as Vice President, and then as CIO of Cititrust, Japan. Mr. Wong, a Japan Mombusho scholar, obtained his Bachelor Commerce, honours degree from Hitotsubashi University. He has also attended Harvard University’s Investment Appraisal and Management Program. Mr. Wong is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
