Kevin O'Boyle

KEVIN O’BOYLE is a Portfolio Manager with Aster Investment Management
and the lead Manager of the Meridian Value Fund. Prior to joining the
firm in 1994, he was a public accountant for Ernst & Young, where he
became a CPA. He joined Piedmont Realty Advisors in 1988 as a financial
analyst and asset management associate. In 1991, while pursuing his
Master’s degree, Mr. O’Boyle worked as a research analyst for the
Montecito Fund, L.P., an investment firm specializing in very small-
capitalization growth stocks. He also worked as a business development
manager for Pacific Physician Services, Inc., where he was responsible
for mergers and acquisitions and HMO contracting. Mr. O’Boyle earned an
AB degree, with distinction, in Economics and an MBA degree from
Stanford University.
