Kevin Lynch is the President and CEO of Oritani Financial Corp., the holding company for northern New Jersey-based Oritani Bank, a $2.8 billion institution with 25 branches spread throughout four counties. Mr. Lynch began his career as a Corporate Attorney working for an Ingersoll Rand division that was sold to HSBC. There he served as counsel for their leasing company as a Litigator. He moved to banking full time in 1993 when he joined Oritani Financial Corp., as President and CEO, where he has overhauled both the management and board. Mr. Lynch earned a law degree from Fordham University, an LLM degree from New York University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
