Kevin Grayston

KEVIN GRAYSTON is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Canadian Hotel Income Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr.
Grayston, a Chartered Accountant, joined CHIP REIT in 1997. During his
tenure, he has played a leading role in developing and implementing the
financing and portfolio strategy followed by the REIT. Prior to joining
CHIP REIT, Mr. Grayston spent 13 years in a senior executive capacity
with Canadian Airlines International in finance, operating and human
resource roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate
Services.
