Kevin C. O'Boyle

KEVIN C. O’BOYLE has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
ChromaVision Medical Systems, Inc. since December 1996 and Senior Vice
President of Operations since January 1999. From 1990 to 1994, Mr.
O’Boyle was the Chief Financial Officer and from 1994 to 1996, he was
Senior. Vice President of Operations for Albert Fisher North America, a
publicly traded international food processor and distributor. From 1984
to 1990, Mr. O’Boyle served as the Vice President and Controller of
American Cablesystems, a publicly traded cable television firm. He
previously held various accounting positions on the audit and tax staff
with Pannell, Kerr & Forster, a public accounting firm.
