Kerry J. Chauvin

KERRY J. CHAUVIN has served as the President of Gulf Island Fabrication,
Inc. and as a Director since the company’s inception and has served as
Chief Executive Officer since January 1990. Mr. Chauvin was its Chief
Operating Officer from 1979 to 1984 as President of Delta Fabrication,
the assets of which were purchased by Gulf Island in 1985, and he was
Executive Vice President, General Manager and Manager of Engineering
with Delta Fabrication from 1977 to 1979. From 1973 to 1977, he was
employed by Delta Shipyard as Manager of New Construction and as a
Project Manager. Mr. Chauvin holds both an MBA degree and a BS degree
in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
