Kenneth P. Hoffman

KENNETH W. P. HOFFMAN recently joined Orbitex Management, Inc. and is
Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Orbitex Strategic Natural
Resources Fund. He was previously employed by Prudential Securities
Equity Research, where he was responsible for coverage of the non-
ferrous, precious metals and steel industries as well as various
industrial companies. He was also employed by McDep Associates, a
division of Pershing Securities. Mr. Hoffman is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Syracuse
University and an MBA from Duke University.
