Kenneth H. Globus

KENNETH H. GLOBUS is the President and Chief Financial Officer of
United-Guardian, Inc., a publicly traded corporation that was founded in
1942 and manufactures and markets an extensive line of pharmaceuticals,
personal care products, and cosmetic ingredients. Mr. Globus earned a
law degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University,
and practiced law for 10 years in the Washington, D.C. area before
joining United-Guardian in 1983 as Vice President and General Counsel.
He was appointed President of the company in 1988, and Chief Financial
Officer in 1997. Mr. Globus is responsible for the management of the
company’s daily operations, financial and securities reporting, and
business development activities.
