Julian, Ken

KEN JULIAN is Executive Vice President of Halsey Associates, Inc. Prior
to joining the firm he was Director of Investments for Private Bank-Bank
Boston in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Julian earned a BS from Boston
College and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
