Keith L. Barnes

KEITH L. BARNES is Chairman, CEO, and a Director of Integrated
Measurement Systems, Inc. of Beaverton, Oregon. IMS pioneered and is a
leader in the Integrated Circuit (IC) prototype validation, and Virtual
Test (VT) software markets. Mr. Barnes is Vice Chairman of the Oregon
Growth Account Board (OGA) and serves on the Board of Trustees for the
Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology, and the Board of
Regents for The University of Portland. Mr. Barnes is also the Chairman
of the OCAC Foundation Board. Mr. Barnes is a Director of Data I/O
Corporation, the world leader in the PLD programmer market.
