K. Newton Juhng

K. Newton Juhng joined FBR Capital Markets & Co. in 2010 as a Senior Vice President covering health care services. Previously, Mr. Juhng helped create BB&T Capital Markets’ equity research effort in health care. Prior to joining BB&T Capital Markets, Mr. Juhng followed the same sector at Piper Jaffray & Co. He has also followed health care services companies at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc.; Fulcrum Global Partners LLC; and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Juhng is a graduate of Amherst College, where he earned a B.A. in psychology. He also completed graduate-level coursework at Georgetown University in human physiology and biophysics. Mr. Juhng spent three years as a Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md.
