Jurek Sikorski

JUREK SIKORSKI was appointed Chief Executive in August in 1996. Mr
Sikorski has spent more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical and
biomedical industries with particular experience in marketing and
business development. Prior to his Cantab appointment, he spent two
years as chief executive of Proteus International Plc. He has also
worked as International Sales and Marketing Director at Smith and
Nephew; as Marketing and Sales Director of Medical Diagnostics at The
Wellcome Foundation and at Celltech in a number of senior management
capacities, most notably as General Manager of Celltech diagnostics,
where he established the company’s medical diagnostic and biological
businesses.
