Judi Vitale

JUDI VITALE is Chief Financial Officer of Firstwave Technologies, Inc.
She has been with the company for almost 17 years and has overseen the
financial progress of Firstwave since its inception, including its early
growth through the IPO stage and the company’s acquisition of two
companies, Netgain, Inc., and Co-Cam UK. Prior to joining Brock
International, Ms. Vitale was Manager of Administration with a division
of Informatics Software, specializing in accounting software, and now
known as CLR Professional Software. In addition to Finance and
Accounting, she manages investor relations and internal support
functions including facilities, human resources, and administration. Ms.
Vitale received a BS in Management from Shorter College.
