Joshua W. Van Dress is Chief Investment Officer of Able Capital Management. Mr. Van Dress was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, where he took a liking to financial markets at a very early age. Since then, Mr. Van Dress went on to leave Ohio at the age of 18 to find his way to New York and build a distinguished career on Wall Street. For the last 20 years, Mr. Van Dress has been involved in the markets on many levels. His process begins with a macro view, then he incorporates fundamentals alongside advanced technical research to come up with actionable ideas. Since September 2014, Mr. Van Dress has been quoted in several media outlets with some prescient calls that initially were considered against the grain but quickly became widely accepted as the norm after the market confirmed his views — on numerous occasions.
