Joseph P. Riccardo

Joseph P. Riccardo is Bear, Stearns’ Senior Health Care Analyst and Head
of the Health Care Research Group. He has been covering the
pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years. Mr. Riccardo joined
Bear, Stearns in 1979. Mr. Riccardo has been elected to the
Institutional Investor’s All Star team during the last several years and
is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Riccardo
has written extensively on trends in the pharmaceutical industry and
company meetings, and has appeared on Wall Street Week, CNBC and other
business programs. Mr. Riccardo was profiled in an article on trends in
the pharmaceutical industry in Barron’s in April 1995. Mr. Riccardo is a
member of the Board of Governors at Hackensack University Medical
Center. He holds an MBA from City College of New york and a BS from St.
Peter’s College.
