Joseph H. Stegmayer

JOSEPH H. STEGMAYER is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer
of Cavco Industries, Inc. Cavco, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is the
largest manufactured home builder based in the Southwest and the 11th
largest in the nation. Mr. Stegmayer has extensive experience in the
manufactured housing industry. He has served as Vice Chairman,
President, and a member of the Board of Directors of Clayton Homes, Inc.
He was Executive Vice President, Chief Strategic and Financial Officer
for Champion Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CHB). He was also a senior officer
and Board member at Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR). Mr.
Stegmayer holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of
Louisville, Kentucky.
