Joseph Frohna

JOSEPH FROHNA, Senior Equity Portfolio Manager, joined U.S.
Bancorp Piper Jaffray Asset Management, Inc., in 1995 and has six
years of investment management experience. Mr. Frohna is the Lead
Manager of the Firstar MicroCap Fund. He also plays a role in the
analysis of equity securities for small and mid-cap portfolios.
Specifically, Mr. Frohna provides valuable insight and analysis
in the small cap sector focusing on technology,
telecommunications, retail and electronic commerce. He earned his
BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his MBA from
the University of Michigan. Mr. Frohna is also a Chartered
Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
