Joseph D. Janssen is a Director of Barrington Research Associates, Inc. His research focus is within the consumer services sector, specializing in niches that primarily include education and other miscellaneous growth consumer goods and services, along with a few select business service companies. Prior to joining Barrington Research Associates, Inc., in 2009, Mr. Janssen started in the Investment Banking group at Countrywide Securities, now Bank of America. In addition, prior to his financial career, Mr. Janssen served four years in the United States Navy, Honorable Discharge. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, graduating with honors, and a B.S. from Northern Illinois University, where he majored in finance. In addition to his education background, Mr. Janssen holds a series 7, 63, 86 and 87.
