Joseph C. Williams III, CFA, is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Strategist of The Commerce Trust Company, as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Additionally, he serves on the Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Williams is Manager of the Commerce Growth Fund. He has over 34 years of experience in investment management. He received his B.S. degree from Drake University. Mr. Williams is a member of both the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
