John X. Adiletta

JOHN X. ADILETTA is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aquis
Communications Group, Inc., in Parsippany, NJ. As co-founder of the
company formed in 1997 to purchase the paging assets and operations of
Bell Atlantic Corporation, Mr. Adiletta’s vision is behind the
aggressive strategy of transforming the company through mergers and
acquisitions into a full-service telecommunications provider. Prior to
joining Aquis, Mr. Adiletta founded PCS Management Group, a financial
advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions in the wireless
industry. Mr. Adiletta’s background as the chief operating officer and
director of Page America Group, Inc. initiated his involvement in the
telecommunications arena. Mr. Adiletta is a graduate of Clark University
in Worcester, MA. He currently lives in Bernardsville, NJ.
