John M. Sergey

JOHN M. SERGEY joined Strategic Distribution, Inc. in 1997 as President
and Chief Executive Officer and member of SDI’s Board of Directors. He
leads all facets of the business. During his tenure as President and
CEO, SDI’s revenues have grown over 200%. Prior to joining SDI he was
President and CEO of GAF Building Materials Corporation. Mr. Sergey also
served in various senior executive positions with Avery Dennison
Corporation, Dietzgen Corporation and A.M. Castle and Company. He holds
an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
