John L. Bergen

JOHN L. BERGEN is the President of Radar Acquisitions Corp. Born in
Swift Current, Saskatchewan, he has been actively involved in the mining
industry since 1982. He was President and Owner of J.B. Mining Co., a
company involved in placer mining in the Omineca and Cariboo districts
of British Columbia. He has been a Director of Radar since May 1996 and
became President of Radar in October 1998.
