JOHN H. SYKES, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sykes
Enterprises, Incorporated, founded Sykes in 1977 as a small technical
engineering firm with a handful of employees. Since that time, Sykes has
grown to one of the world’s leading providers of customer management
solutions and services with over 16,000 employees and 44 customer
contact centers across 17 countries. Prior to founding Sykes, Mr. Sykes
was employed by CDI Corporation, a publicly held technical services firm
where he served as Senior Vice President in charge of Corporate
Development.
