John H. Pinkerton

JOHN H. PINKERTON is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director
of Range Resources Corporation. He became a Director in 1988. He joined
the company and was appointed President in 1990. Previously, Mr.
Pinkerton was a Senior Vice President-Acquisitions of Snyder Oil
Corporation. Prior to joining Snyder Oil Corporation in 1980, Mr.
Pinkerton was with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Pinkerton received his Bachelor
of Arts degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian
University and his Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from
the University of Texas.
