Joel Rosen

JOEL ROSEN, CEO, comes to NaviSite after a successful 10-year career
with Aspen Technology, Inc., based in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Rosen served
most recently as Executive Vice President where he oversaw business
units representing $180 million in revenue and 600 employees, including
delivery of enterprise software products and services. He joined Aspen
Tech in 1988 as Director of Marketing, and played an instrumental role
in growing the company from $6 million to $250 million. Prior to Aspen,
Mr. Rosen was a Manager at Bain & Company, the management consulting
firm, and worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rosen
received a BA and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard University.
