Joe T. Shockley

JOE T. SHOCKLEY JR. is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of BancFirst Corporation and BancFirst Bank. He has been a
member of the Board of Directors since 1996. Prior to joining BancFirst,
Mr. Shockley was President and Chief Financial Officer of Boatmen’s
First National Bank of Oklahoma, Tulsa Region; Controller, Senior
Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Boatmen’s First
National Bank and its predecessors, First National Bank of Oklahoma
City, First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma and Bank IV. Mr. Shockley
started as a Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has a BBA
from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
