Joe R. Micheletto

JOE R. MICHELETTO is CEO and President of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., a
position he was promoted to in October, 1996. Mr. Micheletto joined
Ralcorp as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in
1994 following a distinguished career at Ralston Purina Company, which
began in November, 1962. Mr. Micheletto was named a Ralston Purina
Corporate Officer and Vice President and Controller in 1985, a job he
held until the time of Ralcorp’s spin off from Ralston Purina in 1994.
He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Ralston’s ski resort
operations from 1991 until the sale of the resorts by Ralcorp in
January, 1997. During his tenure at Ralston Purina, Mr. Micheletto
worked in a variety of financial positions including Division Vice
President; Grocery Products Group Controller; and Director of Finance,
Planning and Information Systems. In addition to serving on the Board of
Directors for Ralcorp Holdings, Mr. Micheletto is a member of the Board
of Directors of Vail Resorts, Inc. and Union Illinois Company, a
Southern Illinois banking concern. A 1961 graduate of Southern Illinois
University, Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting,
he has also completed executive programs in financial management at
Stanford University and liberal arts at Dartmouth University. A native
of Illinois, Mr. Micheletto is married and has three children.
