Jim Heathcote

JIM HEATHCOTE is Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power Plc. He joined the
Board of ITM as a non-executive-Director in March 2002 and was appointed
Chief Executive Officer in May 2003. Mr. Healthcote is a Chartered
Accountant with extensive experience of global capital markets and the
hydrogen economy. He was a Senior Vice President of Drexel Burnham
Lambert and Executive Vice President of Prudential-Bache Securities,
before moving into fund management and founding the Katalyst Hydrogen
Fund. The fund specialized in investments in hydrogen technologies.
