Jerry R. Crenshaw

JERRY R. CRENSHAW is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company. He joined Crescent Real Estate
Equities shortly after its inception in 1994. Since that time he has
held various positions in the company, including Controller, Vice
President-Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer. In 1999, he was
named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to
joining Crescent, Mr. Crenshaw served as the Controller of Carrington
Laboratories, Inc., a pharmaceutical and medical device company, from
1991 until February 1994. From 1986 until 1991, he was an audit senior
in the real estate services group of Arthur Andersen, LLP, in its
Dallas, Texas, office. Mr. Crenshaw holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Accounting from Baylor University and is a
Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Texas Society of
Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
