Jerry McLaughlin

JERRY McLaughlin is President and Chief Executive Officer. Of Compumed
Inc. Mr. McLaughlin joined the company in May 2002. He has thirty years
of experience in the medical products arena, most recently as President
of the Great Circle Consulting Group, Inc. from May 1998 through May
2002. There he provided strategic and operational guidance to domestic
and international firms in the medical device, diagnostic and biotech
markets. Mr. McLaughlin’s prior experience includes five years as an
Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Diagnostic Products
Corporation, a global leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of
clinical laboratory instrumentation. He served in that capacity from
February 1993 to February 1998. Prior to that, Mr. McLaughlin was the
President of Biometric Imaging, which was subsequently acquired by
Becton Dickinson in 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Pharmacy from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
