Jerome R. Mahoney

JEROME R. MAHONEY is Non-executive Chairman of the board and Founder of B Green
Innovations, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice and iGreen Innovations,
Inc., both of which share the same ticker, IVOT.OB. He has been the
President/CEO of iVoice since May 1999. Mr. Mahoney is also the Non Executive
Chairman of the Board of MM2 Group. He began his career at Executone Information
Systems, a telephone systems manufacturer, and served as Director of National
Accounts from 1988 to 1989. In 1989, Mr. Mahoney founded Voice Express, Inc., a
New York company that sold and installed voice mail systems and telephone system
service contracts Mr. Mahoney sold Voice Express Systems in 1993. From 1993 to
1997, he was President of IVS Corp., and in December 1997, he established iVoice
Inc., which merged with Visual Telephone in May 1999. Mr. Mahoney received a
B.A. in finance and marketing.
