Jeffrey Y. Volshteyn joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 and is a Vice President covering the business, education and information services sectors. He previously worked for four years at Bear Stearns, researching education services and special situations stocks. Before joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Volshteyn worked at a boutique investment firm focused on the education industry. In this role, he held several leadership positions in portfolio companies, including a Chief Financial Officer position of a portfolio college and as a board member of an education technology company. He previously also worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and technology consulting at Accenture plc. Mr. Volshteyn received an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri.
