Jeffrey Gullo

JEFFREY GULLO began working with Lucas Educational Systems, Inc. in
December 1999 to assist in the development and execution of the
company’s business plan. He became interested in the future of Lucas
Educational after becoming personally convinced of the viability and
effectiveness of Jerry Lucas’ memory products. As a result, he decided
to join Lucas Educational Systems as the CEO concurrent with a
successful round of funding completed in March of 2000. Prior to working
with LCSE, Mr. Gullo was a Senior Vice President with United Dental
Care, Inc. He spent six years with a leading consulting firm, Arthur
Andersen & Co, where he was Senior Manager. As a Senior Manager, Mr.
Gullo specialized in the business and information systems integration
practice. Mr. Gullo graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas
with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.
