Jeffrey A. Felman

JEFFREY A. FELMAN is Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager for
Weber Fulton & Felman Investment Counsel, LLC. Prior to joining
the firm, he was Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager for
Davidson Partners Investment Counsel, LLC and Principal and
Senior Portfolio Manager for Courier Capital Corporation. Mr.
Felman was Partner and Director of Research for McDonald &
Company Securities, Inc. and First Vice President, Portfolio
Manager and Securities Analyst for Cleveland Trust Corporation.
He earned an MBA in Finance from Ohio State University and a
Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the
University of Cincinnati. Mr. Felman is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a member of the Cleveland Society of Analysts and the
Association for Investment Management and Research.
