Jason W. Cooper

JASON W. COOPER, Portfolio Manager and Investment Officer at 1st Source
Corporation Investment Advisors, Inc., started in the 1st Source Bank
Corporate Trainee program in April 1999 and has been with 1st Source
Corporation Investment Advisors, Inc., since January 2000. He is a
graduate of Purdue University with a BS degree in Business Management
and an emphasis in Management Information Systems. He is a candidate for
the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. He serves as Portfolio
Manger for individually managed accounts, and co-Portfolio Manager of
the Monogram Special Equity Fund.
