Jason T. Young

Jason T. Young is a Managing Director at Quadrant Management, where he is responsible for making and overseeing control investments in companies around the world. He is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Vanterra Capital, a third-party private equity investment platform. Mr. Young is currently Chairman of ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc., and Yola Inc. He also holds director-level positions in multiple portfolio companies along with CEO roles at certain times. Previously, Mr. Young worked at Merrill Lynch beginning as an Investment Banker, and subsequently joining the Principal Investment Group. Before Merrill Lynch, he was an Analyst at Helicon Capital Management, a technology-focused hedge fund and venture capital investment firm. He holds a B.A. in international economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
