James W. McGinley

JAMES W. MCGINLEY, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Stratos Lightwave, Inc., leverages more than 20 years of experience in
the high technology and electrical industries. Prior to assuming his
role at Stratos, Mr. McGinley was President (1998) and Director (1993)
of Methode Electronics, a manufacturer of electrical, electronic and
optical component devices. From 1995 to 1998 he served as President of
Methode’s Optical Interconnect Products Group. Some of his
accomplishments include the successful initial public offering of
Stratos Lightwave, the acquisition of a UK fiber optic connector and
cable assembly manufacturer, and the establishment of Australia Fibre
Optic Products PTY LTD. Mr. McGinley holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the
Evergreen State College.
