James Simmons

JAMES SIMMONS is President and Chief Investment Officer of ICM Asset
Management, Inc. He has three decades of experience in financial
services, investment and trust management. Mr. Simmons also heads up
research for all small to mid-cap value portfolios. He founded and is
head of the business management firm, Raven Ventures, LLC, and serves as
Chairman of the Board for 401(k) management company, ProManage, Inc. Mr.
Simmons started ICM after serving as the head of Old National Bank’s
Trust Department in Spokane. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics
from Michigan State University and is a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research, the Spokane Chapter of the Seattle
Society of Financial Analysts and the Spokane Stock and Bond Club. Mr.
Simmons is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
