James R. Bernstein

JAMES R. BERNSTEIN, founder of Imperial Investments Ltd., serves as both
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. He is also
Principal of Ambassador Capital Management Ltd., the general partner for
Ambassador Capital Partners LP, a domestic hedge fund. Since he founded
the company, Mr. Bernstein has represented domestic and international
institutions and was a Fund of Funds manager of an offshore hedge fund.
Before founding Imperial Investments in 1993, he was associated with
A.G. Edwards and Sons, Cowen Trilogy Management, Oppenheimer & Company,
and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has also served as Principle and Vice
President for Monrose Knitwear Corporation, an international
manufacturing concern in the apparel industry. Mr. Bernstein holds a
Bachelor’s degree in General Business from the University of Miami and
has appeared on CNBC.
