James Mroczkowski

JAMES MROCZKOWSKI is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Merchants & Manufacturers Bancorporation, Inc. He is
responsible for overseeing all loan operations, deposit operations,
human resources, marketing and information technology functions of the
organization. From 1994 to 2004, he was Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of M&M Bancorp, responsible for the day to day
financial activity of the corporation and its subsidiaries. From 1983 to
1994, he held various positions with Merchants, mainly serving as its
Comptroller from 1985 to 1993. He received is undergraduate degree from
the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in December 1982.
