James L. Stariha

JAMES L. STARIHA, serves as Chief Financial Officer for Southern Energy
Homes, Inc. Mr. Stariha previously served as Vice President of Finance
of BISYS Document Solutions, a subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc. Prior
to June 1999, he was employed with Healthcare Technology Delivery, Inc.,
a national specialty medical distribution company where he served for
three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Stariha started his career with Square D Company, where he spent 13
years working in a variety of financial, marketing and manufacturing
positions, domestically and internationally.
